We hope your satisfaction thoroughly charmed with our products. However, if you for any reason not completely satisfied with your any of your purchases, we are happy to offer you refund.
Our products must be returned back to us unused in its original packaging with enclosed documentation and fir for resale within 14 working days from purchase day.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if your item(s) are non-saleable.
Please contact us for to place a return request before posting products. We are happy to issue you full refund on receipt, excluding the original postage charge.
We also offer exchange policy for our customers if you prefer to change your purchase to another MK Cosmetix products (excluding scissors).
Scissors Exchange;
We are more than happy to exchange your scissors and helping you to select another pair of scissors if;
- Scissor is sent back to us in the new condition, with no damage or have been dropped etc. in the original packaging, this includes original cases, boxes or tags.
- We will assess all returned scissors to check if the scissor is faulty.
If the scissor is diagnosed as faulty or defective, we are happy to exchange with a new scissor. However, if scissor is been poorly used, used to cut other materials, broken or damaged, we are not able to offer exchange or refund.
Please note that we only offer exchange and we do not have refund policy for scissors.

Clippers Exchange:
Please accept our apologies if you believe there is a fault with your clipper or trimmer, we take all complaints regarding the quality of our products seriously and we will ensure that all reported faulty items will be investigated and in assessed by our product experts.
We will assess all returned clippers and trimmers to check if the machine is faulty. If the clipper or trimmer is diagnosed as faulty or defective, we are happy to exchange with a new clipper and trimmer.
However, if machine is been poorly used, used to cut other materials, broken or damaged, we are not able to offer exchange or refund.
